Baker refuses to bake a cake unless the ingredients are fresh. She will let you know if ingredients are not in season. She made a carrot cake I ordered and I was not a disappointed, best I ever had. Her almond croissants are the best. She takes her art of baking to the next level

The best croissant I ever had! All the crossants I had before were taste pretty much the same, but BoBo's has this very rich flavor inside, sooooooo good! And the owner she is so nice, she will tell you which are good to try, which are not, haha. I'm still waiting for the mango mousse for she said right now is not the mango season, has to wait for the fresh mangos come, lol.
