They never have the order ready by the pickup time when ordering online. This is the third time now where I showed up and there like 5 min and then I see them start making my order.

Shout out to Bubbakoos in New Paltz NY. I forget to hit submit on my online order so when I went in to pick up there was no order for me. When I saw my mistake they made my order right away. That was so awesome of them. I really appreciated the awesome customer service- especially when the error was all mine.

Literally so good every time I order. I never have had a mixup on my order and it tastes fresh and good after all the times i’ve had this place. I will continue to go here over chipotle or moes any day of the week!! Also the workers are always super friendly and it’s always ready on time!
