The people that work there are outstanding, no issues there, but I've been here a couple times now and every time the food is pretty gross as fat as fast food standards go, I know it's all garbage, but this was super overcooked and stale, and my sprite tasted like something from a different planet. I gave it a bunch of chances thinking maybe it was an off day, but the food here is consistently disgusting

At the Drive Thru they asked me which sauce I would like. After telling them what I wanted, they gave me no sauce. The guy behind the window handed me my food without saying a word.

Ordered through App. Went to drive through. Food was ready and fresh. The young lady who handed my order was very pleasant. From what I could see by looking behind the workers, the environment appeared clean.

This is a nice BK, the dining area is decent sized to accommodate the customers, the restrooms are also kept clean, so that's a plus, however, it does get a bit crowded on the weekends, but overall, everything else is okay, the food and service is great and it doesn't take too long to get your order, they also have a kiosk as well, so this location is recommendable...

Well, I was worried at first, that the order would be wrong (several corrections on the screen, and confirmation at the window). But it was right! And tasty! Light, floofy and warm! Excellent!
Don't go at night time they messed up our order in 8 different ways. It was a mobile order so there wasn't any miscommunication they just didnt read the damn ticket. The food was room temperature.
Why 3/5?
The afternoon shift is 5/5 they know how to make everything without cutting corners. They never messed up our order and the food is always made fresh and hot.

Only BK my husband will go to. I think they make everything fresh when u order. Ask yourself, when was the last time you got extremely Hot fries. Their breakfast sandwiches are the freshest fast food ones you can get. Fluffy eggs at BK, yup at this location it's possible.
