I had a very disappointing experience at this location on Monday, January 5th at approximately 9:00 PM. Although the store’s posted closing time is 10:00 PM, I was informed that Blizzards were no longer being served. When I asked for clarification, I was told that the equipment is cleaned an hour before closing, which effectively prevents customers from ordering one of the primary menu items during the final hour of operation. In addition to this policy being frustrating, the employees on duty were dismissive and unprofessional in the way they communicated this information. Their tone came across as rude rather than apologetic or helpful, which made the situation even more unpleasant. If Blizzards are not available during the last hour of business, the store should adjust its advertised closing time or clearly communicate this limitation to customers. I hope management reviews this incident and addresses both the customer service and operational practices moving forward.

Gonna blame it on myself for ordering food from here that was my mistake, but omg the food here is not even edible. I ordered a hotdogs, I recieved a burn to a crisp dehydrated chili dog. Took one bit and gagged, the hot dog was like beef jerky. Disgusting. Stick to the Ice cream in this place. Paid for a drink I never recieved as well. I feel bad because I know these are just kids working here, so I can't blame them, but cmon atleast teach them how to use the fryer or complete an order.

My experience was fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, the young lady was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. The ice cream itself was smooth, creamy and tasty. The overall experience, makes it the kind of place that makes you want to come back again.

I was in here on monday night and this wonderful brunette girl was super helpful and sweet, she even gave a little small talk and all food and ice cream was amazing. I believe her name was ella if i remembered correctly. I asked so i could highlight her cause she did such a wonderful job, will be coming back!!

We recently visited this Dairy Queen and unfortunately had a less-than-pleasant experience with the service. As soon as we walked in, the girl behind the counter immediately asked for our order, even though we were still looking at the menu. Since we needed a couple of minutes to decide, we politely stepped aside—especially since no one else was in line at the time. However, she remained at the register, watching us with a noticeably impatient demeanor. Her expression was stern and unfriendly, and her tone felt unnecessarily harsh. It made the experience feel uncomfortable and rushed, rather than welcoming.

Everywhere in the world can have bad customer service. Let’s all take a moment and realize that adults are complaining because “my ice cream didn’t turn upside down”. Please. Get a life. Or say you don’t have money. This DQ is just as fine as your McDonalds off the highway. They are quick, simple, and not disrespectful. I’ve gone here many times, never had a problem other than seeing others disturb the servers because they did get the “wight ice cweam” then cry because they think the server cant change it. What I’m saying is bad days are tailored to the person it happens to. Just because people had one bad time here doesn’t mean you will. It’s a normal DQ go get ice cream

Rude lady with purple hair . Ask a question about the sandwich and got attitude. I was going to get more items but since they seem to be bothered just got my sandwich. Sad because I work up the block and thought it would be my new lunch stop but no thank you. Never coming back .
