The people that work at this location are so nasty every single time I go there. I waited in line at the Baskin-Robbins register line for 15 minutes - I finally asked someone for help and they said I had to go wait on the coffee line for the ice cream so I waited on the coffee line for another 15 minutes when I got to my turn they said, sorry the ice cream doesn’t open until 11 AM.

Staff was fantastic yesterday. Very accommodating woman who ran three gift certificates through to see how much money on them. She wore a chicken hat....so great for the season! Also we met my Dad's best friend....who worked at Boston Naval Shipyard with him many years ago. I asked another young woman if she could lower the sounds a little for us as I wanted to make sure we could all hear each other ...she was wonderful. I would go there again just for the staff.

My daughter went to place order for a wrap, donuts, and we asked for munchkins. But my daughter forgot to ask for the Halloween bucket. The lady gave her an attitude and said you did not tell me. Even when my daughter ask for the free rewards donut and said and rolled her eyes it’s just what I have. There are other ways of approaching your customers and least to say it was my 16 year old daughter.

Worst experience ever. The counter staff were nice but one short lady was mean. And when I asked to file a complaint. The counter staff told me that mean lady was the manager. So what can I do. 🤷♂️

Stopped at DK this morning ordered 2 donuts and tea with honey. Received the donuts and cup which I thought was tea in there only hot water and no teabag.
Super unwelcoming experience. I went in to order my usual iced latte, requesting it with little ice. The person at the register informed me that the drink would not be filled to the top because of this. I then politely asked if they could add a bit of almond milk to make up the difference, but my request was completely denied without any consideration or flexibility.
This interaction felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. As a regular Dunkin’ customer who enjoys your coffee and has had many positive experiences in the past, this was especially disappointing.
