Came for a slice at lunch a few months ago. Usually go to Sonny and Tony’s right across the parking lot but figured I would try something new as a coworker recommended this place. Owner or whoever the older pizza guy with the grayish hair must have been having a bad day because he wasn’t very friendly. No smile or greeting on the way in just felt rushed and very unappreciated. Slices were ok but the guy rubbed me the wrong way. Came back today for a slice… same guy was there and a woman at the counter this time… I came in smiling and greeted her and got a “what can I get for you.” After ordering 1 slice she looked like I was bothering her or wasting her time because I didn’t order more. After receiving my slice I said thanks and have a great day. Again no smile or response… not even have a nice day. Slice was ok but the unfriendliness is unacceptable. You’re in the customer service business people! For now on I’ll be going back to Sonny and Tony’s where the staff is always friendly and food is consistently great! Only have a half hour for lunch and they get swamped but it’s worth the wait for the consistent quality of food and service! Maybe Mahwah pizza should walk across the parking lot and learn how to treat customers!

I ordered 2 salads they can’t even follow simple directions not to mention they gave dressing for one salad and not the other horrible service and listening skills after he repeated the order never again

Can’t seem to follow the simplest of instructions. Told them 3 times no onions on my gyro, the whole gyro is covered in onions and 3 pieces of meat.

Great pizza, plain or specialty slicer ces and they have great wraps as well! One of the best places for a cheap lunch or dinner near MacArthur Blvd.Best pizza place in the area for sure!

I always order from Mahwah Pizza because I always thought they were the best! I’ve had every single italian store in Mahwah and the other good one would be Novino‘s.Everybody else no way ,yesterday I purchased a meatball hero. I got home. The meatball was so dry no taste, no sauce , and maybe, just maybe a tablespoon total of mozzarella cheese melted!it was late already, almost 9 pm , so I didn’t wanna go back and I never complain. I am very unhappy because that was supposed to be my dinner and I ended up putting it in the garbage. NO DINNER, And threw my money away in the garbage because I didn’t even have dinner that’s where it went straight to the garbage

So disappointing because I really liked their food. Went there to get a slice of Pizza with olives. The cook took his hand wipe his nose and stuck his hand in the olive jar. I ran out of there so fast. YUCK!!! Be careful where you eat and order
