You guys need to do better with following directions. I asked for a grande beverage with LIGHT ICE- and what you delivered was a $6 cup of ice and two gulps of a drink. This has happened multiple times, but today, I had about enough in getting ripped off. The picture with the label speaks for itself. Where's the manager?

Inconsistant. Don’t understand how you can mess up something so many times. Other than being disappointed 50% of the time, the other 50% is good.
UPDATE: Went again to give them another shot. Surprise surprise it was disappointing. My percentages may start to change… ☹️

It’s a clean coffee shop they just like to fill my $7 drink with mostly ice and it’s really annoying. Especially when they just end up pouring the rest of it out.
The store needs to hire more ppl. It took me more than 10 mins to pick up a mobile order thru Drivethru which would've taken short time. But generally it has been good and this was one time incidence.

i just passed by through this starbucks as it was the closest recommended one while i was passing through the town. one of the workers was so kind and patient with me as it was my first time ordering at that location. She recommended me a white chocolate macadamia cold brew after i told her how picky i am with drinks and the drink was delicious ! i can’t really remember her name exactly but i think it was jilian ? overall she was so nice !!
