Worst service I’ve ever had there. People sat 10 minutes after us and got their orders and coffee before someone even came to our table. Had to ask the manager to find someone to take our order. Coffees took forever to come out. Food was incorrect and then the server never came back. At that point didn’t care. Went to the cashier to get check because the server never came back.

They were SLAMMED at 12pm on a Sunday…and still sat 6 of us within 10 mins. And we ate and were out in about an hour. Huge tasty menu, friendly staff, clean bathrooms. Would recommend.

If I could give this disgrace of a diner a half a star I would … After sadly eating here , I seriously considered taking my own life , the food was so bad - I left here questioning my own existence . Picture this , I have not eaten solid foods for 7 whole days because of a liquid diet I put myself through , for gym and weight loss purposes … I work out across the street at power house and I am SOOO EXCITED to finally have real food , and I want to enjoy a nice juicy delicious burger . I come to state line diner , even though it should be named “ mid line diner “ because the food was MID . Worse than Mid .
First off , the burger I ordered “medium “came well done , no juice , no flavor , and the bun was well done for some reason as well ? The bun was harder than a prosthetic leg . I damn near chipped my tooth on that bun smh .
The cheese was literally thinner than a pencil shaving and had NO flavor somehow , I ordered truffle fries the waiter HAD NO IDEA what truffle fries were , or how to explain what a truffle was , he just said in this foreign accent “ eh it’s similar to onion , but have no smell “ .
Bro when I say this burger literally was so bad my boy who LOVES burgers , ate half the burger , got upset , fell asleep and then threw the rest away - I have a picture for evidence smh .
I will NEVER eat here again , unless it’s a form of self harm , or I want to burn $60 and just torture myself … the fact that I drove him angry and felt like I wasted my money and my use of carbs , it’s CRAZY WORKS . State Line Diner , you owe me an apology , my boy an apology , my pocket an apology , my stomach an apology , the burger culture an apology , and you need to fire the chef who cooked that meal because he HAD TO BE drunk , or blind , either or ….
