Just ate at Bright Side Kitchen (in Manahawkin across from Acme) for the first time. The Blue Burrata Roast Beef sandwich was delicious. You could tell all the ingredients were of the highest quality. The panini was lightly grilled and cripsy on the outside. The staff is friendly and I will definitely be going back!
Sweeney the owner was fabulous! The food was incredibly creative, gourmet and delicious. Fresh ingredients and obviously crafted with pride and passion for a cleverly curated menu. From our appetizers to our sandwiches along with the fresh strawberry lemonade. This is a hidden gem. Incredible value for the quality of food!
My husband, baby and I went here for lunch. It was hard to pick which sandwich we wanted because they all sounded delightful and unique. We decided on the pear sandwich and it was so well balanced with flavor and personality. 10/10. We also shared a homemade root beer which was very good as well. The staff were so nice and personable. Will be coming back.
