This is the second time in a row that my order has been wrong. I’ve clearly asked for grilled nuggets and no other location seems to have an issue with giving me the correct ones, but the Manahawkin location has now given me regular nuggets twice. Really disappointed because I really do prefer the grilled ones and I didn’t realize it was wrong until I had already gotten all the way home 20 minutes away. Drove to Manahawkin just for this and was disappointed with the result. Fries were also stale, so overall not a good quality meal.
I love Chik fil A food which is what keeps me coming back on a weekly basis. Not to mention free items from time to time. The customer service has always been excellent. The guys have been terrific! However I did notice the last few times I was in and my order was taken by young ladies, the service was rushed and inpatient. No I did not take note of names and I don't want to get anyone in trouble as I know the manager is always there and they strive for excellent service, maybe just a general note to always be courteous to customers. I know they do get busy but there wasn't even a line.
