Came in for a late lunch had no idea what i wanted the cashier Tracey gave me some suggestions and talked me through the menu we had some jokes and i really enjoyed my lunch. The place was spotless and everyone seemed at ease. Will definately be back also cause Tracey talked me into joining the panera club also got my first free pastry an extra perk.
I get take out from Panera several times a week. It’s very convenient.Lately I haven’t been all that happy. First of all they changed their breakfast sandwiches. You can only get scrambled eggs. I loved being able to order them over easy (which gave me a nice wet yoke. ). So no more breakfast sands for me.Second complaint. I was always happy when they got the seasonal lobster salad. Their menu is really weird to figure out. The cashier wasn't too helpful about what things were. It was very crowded with families with children or over 30s. The food's great as long as you know what's in it and you can adjust what you don't like.
