Their menu is really weird to figure out. The cashier wasn't too helpful about what things were. It was very crowded with families with children or over 30s. The food's great as long as you know what's in it and you can adjust what you don't like.

I ordered at the Kiosk along with a friend who ordered seperately. All I ordered was a chocolate croissant. Even though it asks you to input your name, the staff never called it out or anything, and this particular location has its seats partitioned off from the pickup area, which is as far as can be from the kiosks, so we didn't realize at first and just sat around politely for our food. Our bad with that, to be honest, but when we finally asked at the registers and got pointed in the right direction, my friend's food was done but not my croissant. We asked the worker at the pickup window to find my name in the order list but it wasn't there. I figured it wasn't worth causing a fuss to me, and I couldn't find it in my payment statements at the time so I figured my order didn't process...Sure enough, here I am now looking at the almost four dollars I was charged at Panera. Nothing against the staff of course; I mean they tried to look for my name and didn't find it. But man, be prepared to either have your order lost, cause a scene for it, or give up your email to yet another company that wants to spam your inbox in order to get a receipt. I will admit though I tried my friend's cookie and it was pretty good. Might risk it all again for one of those if I ever get dragged back in there.

There are tons of flies near the ceiling in the dining area! My son fell as the floor was wet post mop, no sign anywhere! The cleaning person was around the corner........

This is always a treat for the wife and I as we will drive 40 minutes to get to it. We especially like their soup and sandwich combos, which are great in the wintertime.

Everything was great! Food was awesome and the restaurant is very nice and quite. Would definitely recommend this place.
I am home sick and my sister just went through the drive through for me. I got a pick 2. Salad and soup. The broccoli cheddar was literally water. Not what I am use to. How horrible is it that you can Obviously see it’s not what you typically serve. However, let’s give horrible service and serve it anyway.

Came in for a late lunch had no idea what i wanted the cashier Tracey gave me some suggestions and talked me through the menu we had some jokes and i really enjoyed my lunch. The place was spotless and everyone seemed at ease. Will definately be back also cause Tracey talked me into joining the panera club also got my first free pastry an extra perk.
