What's worse the maybe 1/4 of a cup of chicken in your bowl or the 5, count them 5, employees gathered by the register talking and laughing while the one employee taking orders is busy helping a customer with lots of time consuming stuff going on. This was the best chipotle I have ever been to in my life. I have celiac disease and I get very sick from cross contamination. I usually am embarrassed to say anything because workers at chipotle usually get annoyed, so I try to just ask them kindly to change their gloves because of my allergy to the flour tortillas (i'll get sick if they make a burrito and then touch the cheese to put on my bowl). To be honest because of their cuisine you can't mess it up. Everything is fresh which is nice. They definitely need help on the app. I ended up having to call the store, she told me to come in and she would honor the online only food, since I was unable to order online.
