Can you stop substituting without asking? I ordered a stinking pork roll and they gave me 2 taylor hams. I hate taylor ham! Can you stop substituting with whatever you please? At least you can call to ask what customer would prefer!

My girlfriend and I stop in once a month or so for lunch dates. The food and service are normally exceptional, but we had an unpleasant experience today that completely ruined my mood, and soured my feelings toward this cafe entirely.

Today is a Monday, and they close at 2pm on Mondays; we normally come in on Tuesdays, so we did not know this, and we arrived at 1:50pm. The sign on the door listing their hours is pretty confusing, so even upon walking in we did...

I've been going to Johnny's cafe for over 6 years, and I've noticed this past year that the service has significantly changed. The last two times that we have been there at least one of the meals has been delivered late to the table and in one case not hot at all. When I spoke with the water both times, I was given an attitude that it was coming, not I'm sorry, I'll do what I can, just an attitude. None of the original staff is still there and it seems...
