Never really had an issue here, usually great staff, until I got a dirty look up and down and attitude when asking for either a refund or another cookie with my order. It was around 9:30 pm, I had ordered one large cookie and 3 minis; they were out of minis, okay no problem, I already paid. So they decided to give me one large cookie to make up for it. Being the large cookies are $5 and I paid $10 for the 3 minis, I simply asked for another large cookie to equal what I paid. I got attitude from not just one but two workers, and an argument as if I was fiending for my 2nd large cookie. The second worker proceeds to look me up and down and argue with me that that is âthe equivalentâ if she knew simple math she would know that would have left my $5 up in the air. I should have demanded my $5 back instead and made them go through the long process. Pretty sure they dispose of the cookies at the end of the night anyway, so not sure who pissed in her cornflakes that day. Completely soured my appetite btw and didnât even eat the cookies. Would really prefer an experience that doesnât sour my appetite at a dessert place next time. Unfortunately this is my local crumbl but I will no longer be spending my money here ⊠be careful spending yours! You might not even get it back without a fist fight!
