Hi I came to the store late in the afternoon and my drink wasn't made properly which was fine one of the associates asked to do it over again and I was fine with that. The supervisor by the name of Kunji was very polite and courteous and took care of my order expeditiously was very kind and apologetic he also stated I could take the drink that was made previous by the other employee he was very generous very sweet and very gentle when speaking to customers.

I have been visiting this Dunkin’ location for about four years, and it has consistently provided a positive experience. During my most recent visit, I ordered a hot coffee, an iced latte, and a bacon, egg, and cheese croissant, all of which were fresh and well-prepared. The coffee was smooth and flavorful, and the iced latte was perfectly balanced and refreshing. The croissant was warm, flaky, and made with high-quality ingredients. What can I say? It’s Dunkin’ Donuts. Coffee was hot. Food was hot order was correct. Staff was nice. Place was clean. Drive-through was a little confusing as it intersected with a busy crossroad.
