Eat here once a week at least!
Came for dinner on Friday around 6:30pm. Recommend making reservation on Friday Evening otherwise take a seat at the bar or will need to wait. The fish was fresh and presentation done well. Seeing the chefs put the dishes together was a nice experience as well. A bit slow with the order but most likely its because the place was full. Konbu Japanese Restaurant, a family favorite for 15 years, offers top-quality sushi. The interior has been totally redesigned and looks very clean and nice. The staff is very friendly and attentive, making dining a pleasant experience. The food is good, all that was ordered was delicious, fresh, and yummy. The quality of the cooked food and freshness of seafood products, like the sashimi lunch, are amazing. While the menu is slightly limited, the fresh ingredients shine through. Konbu is worth a visit for a true Japanese dining experience.
