Ordered take out. Pernil, black beans, white rice and maduros. I also got a few alcapurrias which were crispy and flavorful. Everything was delicious. I'll be back.

Latin bites food trucks visited us at our apartment complex. Such an amazing treat. Their loaded tostones with pernil was incredible. The pernil was cooked perfectly and beyond tender. Tostones were perfectly done as well. The chicken empanadas were extremely flavorful. I wish we ordered more!! Hoping they come back again!!

must be color blind or illiterate because that's a very green looking pink sauce to me. i'll just fry my own yuca next time and make my own pink sauce using ketchup and mayo because that was too hard.

Worst Puerto Rican food I ever had. Would never order from them again.

$12 for two empanadas. And the empanadas were greasy and tasted like they were sitting out for 3 days and just rewarmed in a microwave. Better options out there for sure. Not good Latin cuisine at all.

Was looking for good Puerto Rican food which is hard to find in South central NJ. The Manalapan location of PR / Cuban food did not disappoint. I ordered the Pernil (Roast Pork) dinner with white rice & red beans. Rice portion was plentiful and delicious. Red beans were very flavorful although portions small - suggest you order the side of additional red beans like I did. Pernil was not greasy and seasoned just right (for me). Ordered the Yucca fries (six small) which were also delicious - comes with oil & garlic dip. Ordered a chicken empanada - will update later. They are not a sit down restaurant and food was bagged and left on a table - no face contact - that may have been because it was close to closing. Price point slightly higher than others. Definitely recommend them!

Overpriced. Food does not live up to the expectations or PRICE!! $5.50 for one EMPANADA is insane! Don’t waste your time or money, food is not great. I’ve had better empanadas made by non Hispanics.

Great food at the food truck in Edison. Loaded tostones were excellent and the portion was huge. Looking fwd to seeing this truck at other events!
