I am very disappointed in my recent order at the Manasquan location. Order was placed and pick up time given. When I arrived for pick up was told they ran out of chicken and grill was broken. They should have called to let me know they could not fulfill my order.

My take out burrito was very tasty and I love the reusable take out bag. One suggestion, get a better bowl. Your square plastic container was too big for the portion and the bottom was loaded with crevasses the stole my food. Your competitors use a smaller, flat bottom, cardboard bottom bowl for a reason.

Barbecue is literally one of my favorite places to eat. But this new guy with brown hair does not speak a single word during the whole order. If you’re wondering why people don’t go a lot anymore It’s because of this guy. He also gave me raw chicken tenders please fire this guy
It's like they stopped caring. The tables and floor are frequently dirty, the staff is either overworked and/or apathetic and the food quality is inconsistent.We've been frequenting Bubbakoos since they opened and they've really gone downhill.

Eat here usually once a week, sometimes more! Food is fresh and excellent, with many options, choose one of Bubbakoo's choices or create your own! Atmosphere pretty Spartan unless you have a view of the video screens which are very entertaining! I have never left here the slightest bit hungry, on the contrary, usually stuffed! Love it!

My husband and I went to bubbakoos tonight and had the best customer service experience we’ve had possibly ever but definitely in recent times it stands out. Blaze, Nyla and Spencer were all working and were friendly, kind, and helpful providing us with a next level experience. Our food was amazing and portions were amazing! Blaze made recommendations and we were so happy with our visit. These employees deserve recognition!!! Will return because of this experience
