A friend who is gluten free sent me here to pick up some things for her while i was on a beach getaway and I wound up getting a few things to try for myself. It was absolutely delicious! I had to stop myself from stopping back because I would have bought every single lemon crinkle cookie she had and eaten them all in a day or two. The brownie was to die for too. Needed a birthday cake for a friend and wanted something better than a grocery store sheet cake, so I stopped in at Papa Ganache in Manasquan on a whim. The young lady working the shop was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different cakes, sizes, options, etc. I placed my order three days in advance.The cake was delicious and a huge hit with everyone. So thrilled to find a local gluten-free bakery in NJ. The staff were amazing and friendly. The baked items...... Well, let's just say my waist line isn't quite as small as when I entered. I will definitely be back every time I come back to visit family in NJ.
