I went into esposito’s at approximately 9pm last saturday. When I first went in it spelled like fresh pizza. When I went to order this girl named Izzy had a huge smile on her face. She was very helpful and the best employee there. She gave me the recommendation of number eight it was the greatest thing in my life it was so fresh and good. Thank you Izzy?

Wow. Service was terrible. The food matched the service. Ordered tortellini with light sauce and out came tortellini soup. When the server brought it out, I said it was drowning in sauce and she replied "yeah, I know. I told them light sauce but they still put a lot anyway." They offered to remake it but I didn't want to make my daughter wait to eat or have them spit in my food. Never once were we checked in on even though she could see I didn't touch my meal. When she asked if I wanted it wrapped up, I said no I couldn't eat it with all the sauce. She said "yeah, I know" and then brings the bill with the full meal still on it. I brought it up to "management "and they took $10 off... I literally had one bite. Maybe if she said something to the kitchen and fixed it before bringing me my meal this wouldn't have been a problem. Especially since she acknowledged multiple times that it was wrong. How do you bring out a meal that you know is wrong???

We ordered a simple plain pizza with a sesame crust for takeout and it was obvious the pizza was reheated and not fresh. The cheese was congealed, not melted... unappetizing. After driving back over to return the pizza and the manager not denying the pizza was reheated, he said he couldn't issue me a refund because they just installed a new point of sale system and he didn't know how to reverse a sale. He also refused to give me the $21 cash out of the drawer because "he wasn't allowed to." He said he'd speak to the owner either today or tomorrow and someone would get back to me. After going out to my car and realizing this was absolutely unacceptable, I went back in and the manager was on the phone and proceeded to ignore me for over 5 minutes. I then had to interrupt him to say that I'd like my refund of $21. He continued to refuse and said I interrupted his phone call. I've always learned that customers come first but in this case, a paying customer who returned stale food was of no concern. I have never left a negative review before because I realize mistakes happen, but in this case, I felt it was necessary to document this outrageous incident. It's been a few hours and still, no one has contacted me.

Came here for the 1st time. Had their signature plain pie with the sesame seed crust. Absolutely delicious. My son, nephew & I enjoyed the food here for sure.
