Great diner! We were doing the NJ Lighthouse Challenge and asked for a recommendation for a place to eat. So glad we were told about this place. Nice local family business. Clean! Delicious burgers. I'd love to come back!
Delicious lobster rolls at Paramount! I am not a fan of mayo so don't usually order lobster roll, but Paramount has Connecticut style, made with butter! We requested a side or grilled Jersey tomatoes, also fantastic. All thus and amazing breakfast selection too! Try the blueberry lemon creme pancakes, a family favorite or sausage with gravy and biscuits.
We are from Michigan and visited the diner for the first time. Service here is superb because the two owners and the server all interacted with us with warmth and a caring attitude. We waited for only a short time to receive our food. The food quality is great, with generous portion at a reasonable price. At the end we were very surprised by their free sundae, a birthday hat and four noise makers to celebrate my son’s birthday. Thank you for making our dining experience so pleasant...
