I LOVE this Applebees, I go to this one specifically to be served by waitress Cat. The first time I’ve went to the Manchester Applebees her service was wonderful and she was such a delight, I am a pretty picky eater and make a lot of alterations to my meals and she understands and makes sure to write down everything without judgement. Absolutely fantastic waitress and environment. Food never came out wrong.

I do not recommend . The food is undercooked . The kids food is reheated up the microwave . Took 30 minutes to get my food order received and I was double charged on my order . I will not come back ever . I don’t recommended any Applebees in this area to anyone

This is hands down the best Applebee's my family has ever been to. The service is always excellent making sure all the food comes out hot and fresh, our aunt Phyllis makes sure we go every time we visit her for her Asian chicken salad (can't forget the extra dressing! And with grilled chicken it is so healthy)! We will always make it a point to bring Phyllis there as long as she can keep getting to her walker to race to the door, she is still quite the speedy one at her age. Thank you Applebee's Manchester for keeping Phyllis young at heart enjoying her non-spicy personalized items.

Had a great dinner. Brian was a great server and Tommy was a great Host. They surprises my daughter with a birthday treat and had everyone sing to her. It made our dinner.

I got to sit next to the bathroom with waitress Sierra who decided HS students were fine to get espresso martinis. Didn't get checked on once, had to flag her down and took 20 minutes to get pickles while she put in 2 orders and chatted with her friends and hung out at the bar.

I tried calling today February 21 at 6:40 pm and the person picked up sighed and hung up before I could say anything. I just wanted to know if they still served the bourbon street chicken on top of the mashed potatoes with gravy and crispy onion string things or if it was a thing of the past. Simple yes or no answer without attitude would have been great. But I didn’t even get that I just got the pickup and hang up immediately treatment that day and time.

I don't even know where to start. Ther service is the worst I've had in a very long time. The atmosphere was that of a retirement home. Dried old bbq sauce on our table, we cleaned it ourself. We ordered specials, got charged full price. Asked to put on the game, had to ask someone else because the dead bar was too much to handle. This place is the worst. I worked at an applebees myself and none of this stuff would be okay. Where is the manager when you need them because there definitely wasn't one checkong on anything.
