I got to sit next to the bathroom with waitress Sierra who decided HS students were fine to get espresso martinis. Didn't get checked on once, had to flag her down and took 20 minutes to get pickles while she put in 2 orders and chatted with her friends and hung out at the bar.

I tried calling today February 21 at 6:40 pm and the person picked up sighed and hung up before I could say anything. I just wanted to know if they still served the bourbon street chicken on top of the mashed potatoes with gravy and crispy onion string things or if it was a thing of the past. Simple yes or no answer without attitude would have been great. But I didn’t even get that I just got the pickup and hang up immediately treatment that day and time.

I don't even know where to start. Ther service is the worst I've had in a very long time. The atmosphere was that of a retirement home. Dried old bbq sauce on our table, we cleaned it ourself. We ordered specials, got charged full price. Asked to put on the game, had to ask someone else because the dead bar was too much to handle. This place is the worst. I worked at an applebees myself and none of this stuff would be okay. Where is the manager when you need them because there definitely wasn't one checkong on anything.

If I could give it a negative 10 I would. I ordered food for my husband and I from Applebees through door dash. Door dash was absolutely wonderful they came right away, but the food was horrible. I had the shrimp and chicken with mash potatoes. Chicken was over cooked, dry and tastless. The mash potatoes were bland.

I ordered the crispy bacon chicken sandwich, all I tasted was crappy oil it was fried in. That was seriously the worse chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. I couldn’t even finish my dinner. I still have after gross after taste in my mouth.

This was ordered for pickup, I usually eat inside and it’s great. Ordered nachos with lime chicken and boneless buffalo chicken to go for my son’s birthday . We usually eat these items inside and they’re always great. What we got was a wet clump of corn chips clumped together , it was inedible and brown guacamole with tiny bits of chicken somewhere in the clump, it was all stuffed in to small of a container. Buffalo chicken was sort of ok.
