A friend gifted a $100 gift card that we first used $70.01 on 7/01/2023. Went back today, 12/22/2024, and attempted to use the remaining $29.99 on part of our bill, but were advised that the card was declined. Service was good and food was good but was alarmed that $100 was paid but only $70.01 was honored. I advise beware of gift card purchases. We will not be going back.
First time at this restaurant on a Thursday evening and have to say it was the best experience. Upon arriving we were greeted right away. The staff was super attentive and the atmosphere cozy and fun. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. The broccoli rabe appetizer was very good and you weren't overwhelmed with garlic. I had a delicious slice of pepperoni pizza and a Barq's root beer. It was my first time at Cafe Napoli. I definitely will be back soon! Highly recommended.
