The salad was fresh. The shrimps were extra large and all the seafood was cooked perfectly. The mushrooms were big and fresh. The bead was also cooked perfect and toasted nicely. “Great pizza. I love the $11 cheese pie special on Mondays. I thought economical pizza prices had disappeared forever after the pandemic. Good to know this pizza still values their customers enough to add an affordable pizza special for us people that are struggling to make ends meet in this economy. The lady who works the counter on Mondays is always so polite and friendly too!“
“Really great service and really great food! Our waitress was exceptional. We ordered a large cheese pizza (1/2 meat lovers) and an antipasta salad. Way more than 3 people could eat, so servings are big with plenty to share. Lots of great items on the menu. So good I got homesick! We sat in the back where we could catch some football on the TV. Cute little hometown bar area with good vibe! Been coming here for years, but moved away to NV. I have to stop here each time I am back in the area. I'm never disappointed. I highly recommend Charlie's!!“

“Yum!!! We’re expanding our pizza world and have found a great addition in Tom’s River - the Slice House. Housed in a nondescript side of the road mall, inside is a world of delicious food and very nice people! The Diablo Pepperoni was outstanding and the Marguerite was really fresh and tasty. Check out their daily specials and their menu is extensive and varied. A gentleman was having pasta at a nearby table and looked very pleased with his meal! We took zeppoles home for desert. The restaurant is accessible and very welcoming. Plenty of parking.“

“Not only was the Mac and Cheese AMAZING, my husband loved the pizza. The service, in particular, Jackie, was wonderful and sweet and the manager was attentive and very warm. Prices make sense and are reasonable for the quality of the menu and dishes, and if you don't eat kosher, still worth a stop! Kid friendly but still nice for date night. 10/10“
“Ate there for the first time. 0rdered their Children Parm Dinner. Another member of my party had the Eggplant Parm Dinner. They serve it with homemade bread. The food was tasty and moist. The sauce is not runny and tastes fresh. The meat was tender. Their portion size is large. The chicken was one large piece. Not 2 very small pieces hidden under a lot of cheese and sauce. The gentlemen that were running it were very friendly. It is a small store with great food and service. The serve a variety of food from pizza, calzones and heroes. The store is well lit and clean.“
