Ordered thru slice n pizza never showed up.. waited an hour..!! finally chatted with slice n was told the pizza would be delivered.. asked if they were making a fresh one.. they said no.. they’re delivering the one that’s been sitting waiting to be picked up( it was supposed to be delivered).. waited another hour.. was told by slice that the delivery person delivered the pizza and spoke with the person who answered the door!!!! Ordered tonight using the slice app. It took an hour and forty minutes for my food to arrive to me and when it finally did it was cold. I complained to slice and was told this store doesn’t authorize discounts or refunds due to delays. I understand having to wait for food on busy nights but for the amount food costs your food should arrive to you hot and if it doesn’t the store should take care of their customers and make good on the order.
we ordered from Capones tonight. it's been a while but we alway had a decent meal with decent portions, so I figured I would try them again.
we ordered 2 orders of Shrimp Scampi, an order of Veal saltimbocca and a cold Antipasto. the order took almost an hour and a half to get here. the shrimp scampi had 6 medium shrimp, no pasta, no bread. the Veal saltimbocca had 2 small medallions no pasta and no bread. it did come with what they call a salad (a handful of lettuce) at $32...read full review
