“Was dying to try the Detroit pie after seeing the photos in the print ad/menu, and it was delicious! The guy who took my order was so sweet, too, offering great feedback and explanations of the items. Delivery was quick for a Friday night, too.
Now, onto the star of the review: the pizza! The Detroit was delicious - the sauce, cheese and dough were all really good. Price was a bit high but really good pizza and would definitely order again!“

“Went to Slice House last night for the first time. Thought they were related to Scianos our favorite place and found out it was the Sons who opened it. Well we kind of felt like traitors but owed it a try. Well from the outside doesn’t look like much but as soon as you open the door you are greeted warmly by a blond young lady behind the counter, an open air bright clean restaurant. Its not big but roomy enough with low and high top tables. One of the sons was behind the counter and he very friendly took my order. They had advertised a mussels and pizza special for about $28. Their ad showed a picture of the best looking mussels I had ever seen. I asked him if they really looked that good so I ordered that and a very thin crust pizza which he graciously said he could accommodate. We sat at a table and waited. We were never neglected and checked on often for our needs. They brought the mussels first like we asked and they were better looking than the picture BUT the taste BEST I ever had! Plump and tasty, sauce suburb light with cherry tomatoes and sweet garlic. The even asked if we wanted more bread! After we sopped up every bit the pie came out. PERFECT in every way. They have such great selections plus desserts. Our next visit we will try the wings. We will still go to Scianos for their great meals but Slice House is are now our go to Pizza and Mussels place. Bravo to Slice House and the Staff for an enjoyable experience.“

“We had my parents 50th wedding anniversary party on Saturday in their party area at Manzano's. The two waitresses who worked the party were excellent. So sweet and on top of everything. The food was great. I had the NY Strip steak. I asked for it medium rare and it was cooked to perfection. My wife has the chicken and she loved it. My parents were so happy. it opened in the 60's. We went for the first on a Friday and had no idea what to expect other than we heard the pizza was the real deal. Never in a million years would I have thought we'd need reservations in a place like that. Bottom line we had to wait over an hour. But we sat a neat little 12 seat bar that had a real old time, hometown travern feel.

“Ordered through DoorDash last night and couldn't have been happier! I was craving Fried Calamari. It was crispy and light, not at all greasy, and came with a large container of freshly made marinara sauce on the side. On a whim, I also ordered a Linguini with White Clam Sauce which I planned on saving for tonight's dinner. Didn't happen. When I opened the container, saw and smelled the pasta, I had to try it. I wound up eating a third of it immediately. The sauce was chock full of small little necks and chopped garlic and had a substantial and thoroughly enjoyable flavor which complemented the linguini rather than overpowering it. And this all came with a full, small loaf of Italian bread! What more could I ask for? Plus they use eco friendly aluminum and paper take out containers. I'll be back to try other items on their menu.“

I enjoyed the hour-long drive to get some delicious pizza.
And I bought four pizzas, and the pizzas came out very different than before.
The menu item I ordered was pizza crust, but I received regular pizza. I also added chicken
It wasn't visible.
I also added cheese and paid $10 more to add it. Because I came from far away, I wanted to eat more delicious pizza.
However, I was disappointed that there wasn't much cheese.

Still, the reason I give it 5 stars is because it tastes better than other Papa John's.
I think it was an employee's mistake.
I plan to go again next time.“
