“Wow! I love veal. The last time I had veal this good was at a small place in Brooklyn with about 8 tables. That was about 45 yrs ago. I was like 10 years old. Some people call it milk fed, others call it abuse. Whatever you call it, if you love veal, this is the place to go. AMAZING!!!“

“Pies Place is the best!!! My friends and I just discovered this place about two weeks ago. We have been at least 6 times & they have always been great to us! My friend just moved to Bayville and they were so welcoming. They wrote welcome to Bayville on the pizza box and also gave us extra desserts! They truly are so kind there and I would recommend them to everyone I know! Not only are they great people but the food is so so good. I have been struggling to find a good pizza spot in the area and now this will be my go-to every time. Delish foods and desserts. Amazing staff!!“

“Today was Our first time at Pondrelli’s … honestly from the second we walked in Luigi was so warm and welcoming he even went over every slice and sandwich with my daughter and I. Which was amazing because I didn’t feel forced to choose something quickly like you do at most places. While we waited Luigi and Anthony both hung out and talked to my daughter and I. (We frequent pizzerias often and NO ONE does that.) They are very down to earth and nice people. Lol Even as we walked out my 10 year old was like that was super cool of them. “I visited Manzano’s for the first time . Everything was great . Stuffed calamari, stuffed mushrooms for appetizers . For my main course I tried the chicken cordon blue over fettuccini Alfredo . “We had a great experience overall! The tomato pie came out hot and fresh, the buffalo wings were definitely on the spicy side but still really delicious (just wish I had some ranch on the side!). The nacho supreme was so good — I’d absolutely order it again, just without the jalapeños next time.

Service was solid with refills coming regularly, but we did have to wait a bit for our food. Toward the end, it felt like we were being rushed out, which wasn’t ideal since we were enjoying great conversation with a couple next to us.

Prices were affordable, the location is convenient, and parking was good. Overall, it’s a fun spot in South Jersey for good laughs, drinks, and company. We’d definitely go back!

Even so we are quite impressed with service & food entrées thus far. Salads are good and plenty of (olive oil) bread that is "fresh" unlike a couple of others in the area. We shall try eating in as soon as the flu/Covid/RSV, etc issues lead into a safer season. Recommend the Seafood a la Brother, Calamari and the Chicken Cacciatore.“
