The sauce is not runny and tastes fresh. The meat was tender. Their portion size is large. The chicken was one large piece. Not 2 very small pieces hidden under a lot of cheese and sauce. The gentlemen that were running it were very friendly. It is a small store with great food and service. The serve a variety of food from pizza, calzones and heroes. The store is well lit and clean.“

Housed in a nondescript side of the road mall, inside is a world of delicious food and very nice people! The Diablo Pepperoni was outstanding and the Marguerite was really fresh and tasty. She was very polite, friendly, did not mind repeating herself and was very patient with the elderly members of our group. The owner,Orlando is the chef along with his wife, and if he's not swamped, will come out and greet his guests( many of who he knows by name) The portions are generous , the appetizers are yummy, and the homemade bread is to die for. His son Pasquale is the pizza chef and his pizzas are the best around as far as I'm concerned. The crust is firm and crispy around the edges. Their crust is light and thin and fresh dough.You can tell it’s old dough when the crust is so chewy and dry that you have to dunk it in ranch dressing, like Ampara on Route 88, which is hit or miss.Their garlic knots are wonderful, fresh and not dry, like New Corner in Red Bank or overly soaked in oil, like Chiafullo in Middletown. The accompanying sauce has flavor and not bland like most.Their pies actually have plenty of toppings. A pepperoni pizza actually has the whole pie covered with pepperoni so you don’t get just a slice on your slice like many others. Also their chicken pies are loaded with chicken, not sparsely spread like so many others.It’s not surprising that they have a line of tickets hanging on a Friday night.My new favorite pizza place when I don’t have the time to make my own. :)“

The pizza crust is on the thin side and so crispy, yet not hard, but definitely crispy! The square pizza is topped with chicken that is marinated in a sweetish coating that has a minor tang to it, coated in sesame seeds. Don’t worry, it’s not “spicy hot” at all. It is also topped with red onion, green and red peppers, cherry tomatoes and mozzarella cheese! The absolute best!!!!
