“I read all the reviews and have passed this place dozens of times, but today I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. This is some of the tastiest pizza I have ever had. The crust is thin and crispy and the sauce is perfect with just the right amount of tangy flavor. I highly recommend Saturn Pizza. This was my first time, but by no means my last!!!“
“Papa V's has some of the best pizza around the area. Nothing is like a north jersey pie, but that being said, this is the closest you'll get. The crust is great, and the toppings are perfect. A Margherita is our go-to pie, but an eggplant rollatini is a close second. This pizzeria does it right. And that is hard to come by!!! This review is coming from someone who spent a lot of time in pizzerias growing up, my family was in the business, and I make my own pizza often.Vegetarian options: Eggplant rollatini pie is outstanding!!“
“Don't know why we waited so long to try this place! Holy cow! We haven't had anything yet we didn't love. The chicken parm sandwich on garlic bread is to die for. We haven't tried the pizza yet but it looks amazing. Only off-putting thing to us is that there's ricotta on the chicken parm pizza which imo is just icky. You don't put it in the dish or the sandwich so why on the pizza? But it's ok. Just say the word and they won't put it on. That will most likely be how we roll. Can't wait to try it!“
“We had our rehearsal party here for my wedding! Our guests were raving how good the food and service were the whole time. The staff made my wife and the wedding party feel at home. Colin made it seamless for us to put a menu together and get organized for our party during all the planning we had to do for our big day. They even sent us home with his and hers cannolis that looked like two natural avalanches on either side. “One of the better pizza places in Brick. A plain large pie is $15, unheard of when others cost $20. Their crust is light and thin and fresh dough.You can tell it’s old dough when the crust is so chewy and dry that you have to dunk it in ranch dressing, like Ampara on Route 88, which is hit or miss.Their garlic knots are wonderful, fresh and not dry, like New Corner in Red Bank or overly soaked in oil, like Chiafullo in Middletown. The accompanying sauce has flavor and not bland like most.Their pies actually have plenty of toppings. A pepperoni pizza actually has the whole pie covered with pepperoni so you don’t get just a slice on your slice like many others. Also their chicken pies are loaded with chicken, not sparsely spread like so many others.It’s not surprising that they have a line of tickets hanging on a Friday night.My new favorite pizza place when I don’t have the time to make my own. :)“
“A neighborhood pizzeria located in the Lanes Mill strip mall near the entrance to the GSP North in Brick. The menu concentrates on pizza with a variety of other baked dishes. I ordered a large eggplant sandwich to go. It costs about $11. The roll was 14 inches long. The eggplant skin was removed, lightly fried and then baked to a creamy softness. I didn't want mozzarella so I had red sauce. The older Italian couple that run the place make their own sauce and mozzarella. The sandwich was delicious and can easily feel two. Limited table seating. Mostly take out. Recommend.“
“My wife and I recently moved into the Brick area, and I pass the restaurant weekly. In doing some research<, I saw that they have a very interesting menu and several specials on Monday nights. My daughter and granddaughter were here visiting with us, so we gave it a try. Service, food, server and music were great. Will definitely be back.“

“The best pizzeria in Brick to grab a slice or sit down for a fire dinner. The pepperoni and sausage was exactly what a meat lovers pie should be. “Stopped in last night. 4 adults, 1 kid. There was no one in the dining room besides us. I don't think they have a dedicated server, but the girl who acted as the server was lovely. We ordered a personal pizza for the kid with us right away because she was getting hangry. It came out quickly, which made her happy. We also had garlic bread with cheese (yummy, needs sauce on the side) a large pie with mushrooms and sausage and a large chicken parm pizza. Wow that was a good pizza!Overall, very happy there and will definitely go back.“
“I always judge a place by their plain pie, which at Federico's they make a very, very good one. Last night we tried the Margherita. It was delicious and perfect in every aspect, and the ingredients were all top of the line. They also gave me two free slices for my daughter out of nowhere! Great people, really GREAT pizza!!!“
“Mike's pizza is a staple in our community. The food is delicious and Mike is amazing with all his customers. My whole church loves him and him staff, Osbornville Baptist Church. The staff is always willing to assist you anyway they can. Mike's meatballs are some of the best I have ever had.
