Brick Oven is amazing! I had my, now fiance, surprise 40th birthday there (which turned into a surprise proposal) everyone raved about the food!! We usually don't do left overs, but what was left over- we will definitely be eating! Collin was fantastic! He was very accommodating and helpful. The girls were fabulous! The food is so fresh tasting and so good. I grew up in Jersey City so I know a thing or two about good pizza. Their pies are masterpieces especially the Salccicia. I have not dined in yet. I live just down the street. If you have the patience on a busy Friday night, it’s worth the wait. Must try: Trenton pie, Salccicia pie, BLT pie, calamari with the boss sauce, mantoloking salad. Can’t wait to try more. Best crust ever.
