“I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. There aren't many places that impress me. This is one that does--definitely one of the best pizzerias in the state, if not *the* best. Small menu, but everything is terrific, especially the salads, the homemade bread, meatballs, and the "plain" pie. They even add fresh basil and freshly grated Parmesan to the pizza before serving. Crust is perfection. Eat there. Don't ruin this perfection by putting it in a box. Great vibe, fantastic staff.“

“We reserved an igloo which was cool, we had a reservation for a few people but it ended up being just the 2 of us, and it was very cool, the igloo is heated, still bring warm shoes and a sweater, and the food was good.
We ordered an The arugula and prosciutto pizza (could have been cooked for a few more min) and the meatballs, both delicious.

We brought our own premixed cocktails as it's BYOB.

There were quite a few health forward options on the menu, but the pizza was a winner“

“I know Italian food. I asked AI what was the highest rated Italian restaurant in Long Branch. It gave me Rockafellers.
I knew the moment I tasted the sauce that came with the delicious Calzone that everything was going to be great. It was fresh and delicious.
The pizza was a home run. If I had to guess the pasta is going to be great too.

“I grew up in Brooklyn so very few pizza shops in NJ can compare. Except this pizza shop! If you love a good pizza you must try their Grandma or Rustica. My wife is crazy about their gluten free white pie with broccoli and mushrooms. All their pies are made well done. Crispy crust and delicious toppings. “Brick Oven is amazing! I had my, now fiance, surprise 40th birthday there (which turned into a surprise proposal) everyone raved about the food!! We usually don't do left overs, but what was left over- we will definitely be eating! Collin was fantastic! He was very accommodating and helpful. The girls were fabulous! Very polite, sweet and never once gave me a dirty looks with all my crazy requests lol. My sister in law was the only one who needed GF and Collin made sure she got her own plate, and told me was was the better tasting GF plate they offered. She said that was THE BEST GF pasta she has had. Their service was so great, my now fiance, made sure to take care of them ontop of what I tipped them! Guest from our party were asking Collin to open up a place in Monmouth County! And asking if they would deliver there! My family and friends (who are from Monmouth County) are talking about going back there again! I will 100% recommend Brick Oven because the food was out of this world, service was top notch and everyone was so great! The only thing was it got a little hot inside, but we also had a party of 40 people.. so everyone kinda understood why it was so hot. But other then that, everything went perfectly! The restaurants and the boardwalk, l we're just so overpriced, but if you walk 3 blocks down, we found this pizzeria, called chubbies, where the Pizza was just incredible.
