Being a long-time fan of the Nino's Coal-Fired Pizza restaurant(s), I was eager to try Nino's Bistro Express once I passed it several weeks ago and found myself drawn in by the modern style of the window signage and lights. Just had a large cheese pizza delivered, half mushrooms. The cheese and sauce were outstanding, some of the best I've had in NJ (I'm from SI so I'm picky about pizza). However, like so many places here the dough was undercooked and limp. I threw it in a pan and reheated it to almost perfect. Otherwise this would have been a 5 star review.

This is a relatively new restaurant with lovely people there to cater your every need. The place is immaculate and the pizza is delicious. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone.
