“Two reasons to go to The Auction (Jersey Shore native clamdiggers still call it that) are for pickles and pretzels. Been going there since I was little, back long before the fire and when "Shimmy the Pickle King" was still there. Bought quart each of news and garlic dills yesterday, along with horseradish. “My husband just stopped and got a PIG OUT Ribs , brisket , pulled pork+chicken, So much food will be having it for 2 more meals. Excellent smoke, ribs melt in your mouth, Hushpuppies like crunchy little bites of Southern Sunshine...the coleslaw fresh and the Cornbread should be listed inder deserts it's so sweet and moist. I would give them 7 stars if possible.”
