“We stumbled on this spot to take out pizza, which is very good. Now it’s become our local spot. Amazing salads - no boring iceberg lettuce, it’s arugula, pears, gorgonzola….Fave entrees include super eggplant parm, tortellini, the classics. Also great lunch deals.
Prices are very reasonable and the staff a delight. No ambiance but it’s a friendly, local spot with super food in generous portions.”

“Wow! Truly exceptional ice cream place. Do not bother with Coney ice cream chain. The flavor selection is dazzling, home-made and absolutely delicious.
Often ice cream can be underwhelming and very artificial tasting and I can’t even finish a serving. But at Callie’s we had nothing leftover.
We had mango coconut, biscoff cookie butter, coffee, peaches and cream, caramel Oreo and they were all great! The store is clean and cool. There’s also an outdoor area to run around a bit. Cannot recommend enough.”

Most recently, we celebrated the birthdays of two family members. Maurizio's wonderful staff not only accommodated our needs and large group, but also facilitated the cutting of the birthday cake we brought. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Unlike most convenient stores, this store had a very pleasant scent walking through the door, I was gonna get a drink and a snack before school, but I just had to try the pizza there, and my nose wasn't lying. The food tasted good and the boy working there got my pizza just right. Though small and between a rough neighborhood, I'd say it was a diamond in the rough. A well ran and welcoming store for anyone who likes grabbing a snack and bev for the munchies.”
