Based on the reviews, Callie's Creamery is a hidden gem with a great selection of flavors, including 3-4 Vegan options and a sugar free butter pecan that is absolutely amazing. The ice cream is delicious, with a soft, creamy, doughy texture and handcrafted in house using the highest quality ingredients. Popular flavors include caramel Oreo, salted peanut butter, Cookie Monster, and biscoff cookie butter. The sundaes are huge and could be shared with 2 people, like the decadent brownie sundae. Customers can order an ice cream flight with six flavors. The shop is indoors for year-round visits, very clean, and nicely decorated with painted sprinkles on the walls. There is a fun little Photobooth that prints photo strips, claw machines for kids, and a freezer with pints and ice cream sandwiches ready to go. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating.
