La Lupa di Roma Reviews
Absolutely delicious pizza and garlic knots!!! I’m from PA and had a whole 2.5 hour drive ahead of me that this pizza fueled, not every pizza spot knows how to do a good meat lovers pizza but man I couldn’t wait to get home to give the review on how good this pizza was! I will definitely be back!!! 💯
We think this place is a gem. Great food, excellent prices, and a staff that's engaging. It's a pizzeria - servicable for sit down (and BYOB!), but just a few tables without table cloths - you know where you might munch a slice or 2. So either takeout or manage your expectations on the interior, but by all means go for the great food! La Lupa di Roma is a cozy spot for delicious Italian food that offers a giant experience. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the visit enjoyable. The Pizza Diavola remains a favorite among customers, featuring just the right amount of toppings on a thin crust. The garlic knots are a must-try, described as amazing, crispy, and garlicky. Other popular choices include mussels and the meatball parm sandwich, along with spaghetti and shrimp. The chef knows flavor and even creates personal dishes like a white pizza with broccoli that has a wonderful hint of garlic. The owner goes above and beyond to accommodate preferences, even customizing dishes. The atmosphere is cozy, with minimal tables and booths, but the food quality and the wonderful staff make up for it. Overall, La Lupa di Roma is a hidden gem for those craving authentic Italian cuisine, with excellent service and a welcoming environment.
