Nice people. Quick to try to get your order done as fast as possible. PRICEY! New kids on the block, trying to make a go at just what we needed... Another bagel place! Not to put them down. They were very nice and polite and the place is clean. Very very clean. But PRICEY! I WISH THEM THE BEST OF LUCK. Unfortunately due to the priciness and the location this will not be my go-to bagel stop. I wish them all the best of luck!
I wish they answered the phone more.(Following added on 8-24-23) Okay so there is one worker there specifically that regularly leaves the phone off the hook and makes it harder to order, even when no other customers are in the store.But KATHY IS GREAT. I genuinely started coming back to e street way more just because of Kathy. She is so nice and kind and in my opinion deserves a raise for how good she is. I've been stopping by E Street Bagels for a long time. While it's true the service and food has vacillated widely, the past few weeks have been very good. They may have new owners or just a staff that seems to care. I usually get a pork roll egg & cheese. The bagel is on the smaller side but it's comparable to many shops in the area.
