McDonald's is known for its cleanliness, especially the bathroom, which is always well-stocked with toilet paper. The drive-thru is efficient with its new layout, and staff members, like James, are attentive and kind. The restaurant serves fresh, hot, and tasty food, such as Sausage McMuffins and SEC McGriddles, and staff are professional and efficient. However, inside service can sometimes be slow, especially if not ordering at a kiosk, and it may take a while for staff to take your order. Customers appreciate the friendly and courteous workers, and many still enjoy the drive-thru and mobile ordering for rewards. The atmosphere is simple and nostalgic, with some customers preferring the drive-thru to avoid the high-tech inside. The quality of fries can vary depending on the manager on shift; on good days, they are piping hot and overflowing, but on bad days, they are lukewarm and served in a smaller portion. Customers value the staff who serve with a smile and deliver good fries, noting that some manager retraining could improve consistency and overall satisfaction.
