“the complimentary wifi is always welcomed when patronizing any establishment. as a first time visit to this location, it was very bright and open. i got a pick two for lunch and was asked abt my beverage but not if i wanted bread or an apple. perhaps they didn't have apples. idk🤷🏽‍♀️the bread i didn't eat bc i already had bread for my sandwich. i would have been nice to be asked my choices. the same way Ashley asked abt my beverage choice. it's always nice to be asked.“

“I searched for a restaurant in Asbury that offered vegan, gluten free options and came across Reyla’s. I’m so happy I found this gem! I truly appreciate the thought that went in to create these dishes. Most restaurants don’t put much thought into offerings for people with dietary restrictions. There was something for everyone in our party. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted with an amazing flavor profile and presentation. We all loved each dish including dessert. Jules was our delightful server who was attentive, professional and great at her job.“

The service is fantastic, the owner makes you feel special with his attention to making sure you have a delightful experience. The atmosphere is cozy and peaceful. Absolutely delicious.“

“The best place around! A real shining light in the heckscape. So much great food between the staggering amount of sandwich and crunchwrap options (I recommend getting a side of the kale slaw too!) and all the baked goods (I recommend the donuts!). The place itself rules with VHS tapes running all day and more art on the walls than a museum (my favorite is the duck in the top corner near the bathroom door!). Everyone who works there is a true gem of a person. A place that is actually doing right in a world of wrongs. Also it's only a short easy drive from the beach and Asbury.

Pro tip is to call in and order ahead of time!!

Arrived at 502 Bakery a few minutes before 9AM, but when I approached the door the sign said, "Sorry We're Closed!" I did not realize they opened at 9:30AM. So I went back to my vehicle to wait 30-minutes until they officially opened. LOL... Wait?! Yes, the crumb cake is that good! Not more than 2-minutes later, I looked back from my vehicle to see the neon 'OPEN' sign on! They have a huge selection of bagels, spreads and toppings to choose from that it’s quite overwhelming when it comes to making my decision before placing my order.
