“I searched for a restaurant in Asbury that offered vegan, gluten free options and came across Reyla’s. I’m so happy I found this gem! I truly appreciate the thought that went in to create these dishes. Most restaurants don’t put much thought into offerings for people with dietary restrictions. There was something for everyone in our party. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted with an amazing flavor profile and presentation. We all loved each dish including dessert. Jules was our delightful server who was attentive, professional and great at her job.“

While I can’t speak to the other cuisines I have learned over time that her heart is in every dish. The doro wot is top! (Well it all is). The AP location is lovely. “June 15, 2026. Whenever I’m on the Asbury Park boardwalk I stop to see what flavors are available. Today I had blue lavender and strawberry. The service is always helpful and the treats are great. It’s inside the Paramount Theater-Convention Hall breezeway that straddles the boardwalk so you can enjoy your goodies in the shade. I highly recommend.“

“Good ice cream. Went on a sunny Saturday in June, and there were 2 people working the shop; definitely not enough. The wait was unbelievably long despite the line being not that long. We waited at least 20 minutes with only 6-8 people in front of us.“

“There are two outstanding things about this establishment: (1) the staff and (2) the food. The staff members (who I think are under new management) were so sweet and accommodating with questions. As I deliberated on which bowl I should get - their specialty mango or nutella bowl - a staff member suggested I get a combination bowl with whey protein. Coming from an intense workout, this bowl was absolutely choice. It was refreshing and made with love.

The It is a small bar and grill with a dark almost mystical ambiance on a small one-way street.
