“Flawless. Let's start with the calm decor and quiet ambiance: quiet pop music at a pleasingly low level, and then splendidly friendly attentive service from Leah M. I value flavor, texture, color, freshness, and variety in a meal -- if you want big chunks of bland protein, this isn't the place for you. We had a vegetarian feast, starting with the six-dish salatim (pita for me, pickled vegetables for my wife. Each dish -- eggplant, cauliflower, lima beans, edamame, hummus -- was a small triumph of painterly cooking, all the virtues described above. Only one was spicy (the cauliflower puree) for the edification of the timid. Then, green falafel in tasty solid dense cubes with spicy pickled red onion, muhammarah, smoky eggplant spread. We ordered a salad but were too full to touch it -- it's in a to-go box for tomorrow. But we saved space for a truly memorable vegetarian brownie, a sexy match of a cake and a chocolate bar with orange, toffee, caramel, salt crystals. Delicious. FINE dining without a huge price tag, and although we did not indulge, an extensive wine and cocktail list. A true find for people who love delicately created Mediterranean food in informal friendly surroundings. Don't miss it. (And for carnivores, there are chicken, steak, and lamb dishes to savor as well.)“

“We've been to Flavia's several times and have always enjoyed our experience. The service is fast and attentive and has it has a super cute modern Italian interior. We always try something new each time we go and haven't been disappointed yet. This time, we had the carbonara spaghetti and pesto fettuccine and it was perfectly al dente and delicious! I can't wait to come back to try the amaretto cheesecake!“

My first time in there, I didn’t know what to get and explained to the gentleman behind the counter, Matt , that I like nutty, sweet and caramel latte type of drinks. He suggested their pistachio shortbread latte, and it was amazing. I definitely would not have thought to try that without his recommendation. “Great bar. You can get an amazing view of the beach and Asbury board walk. I haven't seen this place overly crowded. It's really nice to sit here and relax. The staff is friendly. I dropped a beer bottle and shattered it by accident. I was worried I'd be flagged after just one beer. But the staff was very understanding and helped clean it up right away. I tried to help but they insisted for me not to. I have never had a bad or great experience here. But that's why I love it. It's a nice place to relax, have a drink, and unwind. It's a good neutral place to enjoy Asbury. Just really good vibes.“

“If I miraculously have any room left over after gorging myself at a nearby Asbury restaurant, this is always a stop. The ice cream is delicious, the flavors offered are varied/unique, and the additional products are excellent too. I'm very much a cup person when it comes to ice cream (I don't like the experience being marred by constant vigilance/paranoia over whether the ice cream is about to melt from the cone to my paw), but this is the one place I'm willing to go with the cone, both for superficial optics and because they're genuinely tasty. I had a Hawaiian Punch-flavored cone a few years ago I still think about from time to time.I stopped by this past Saturday afternoon with the Millennial Chum, on a toasty summer day that was absolutely teeming with people all over the beach and boardwalk. If you'd asked me to guess beforehand, I would have estimated this place would have a line out the door, but we got lucky - I'd say there were maybe three or four people in front of us, and (this part isn't luck) the line moved very quickly and efficiently. While we waited the two minutes or so to order, I gave the merch section to the side a hard look - there are some VERY legit-looking hoodies for sale that are only about $30 or $35 and would easily retail for twice that at a different establishment. I might come back for one.On this particular day, I went with a small cup (two scoops) of the birthday cake ice cream, and I THINK something Oreo/cookie related, which unfortunately I can't definitively confirm because it's conveniently hidden on top of the birthday cake in the accompanying picture. Both were excellent. I've mentioned this many times in prior ice cream reviews, but as long as it's a decent flavor and it's not freezer burned, it's hard for me to give anything other than a full-throated endorsement of it. The servings are huge too - the small is not particularly small, and the much better-behaved Millennial Chum actually went with a kiddie cup in the end.Definitely worth a stop if you have the time and appetite.“

“I wanted to really give this place 5 stars as I always remember coming here and having a great time. My most recent visit I brought along 4 people and we all thought the experience we had was OK. The location is awesome, the drinks are OK and the services is fair.
Location has nice big outdoor patio. Drinks a bit pricey.
They also do a variety of live performances, see pictures to see the stage.“
