“This is one of the great ice cream places in America. They always have fresh and great-tasting ice cream. The staff is always friendly and effective. The place is always clean. They are good with kids and senior citizens. In short, I've been a customer for about 35 years and have never had a problem. You can't reasonably ask for more.“
“Very nice place, and worth a visit if you are in the area of Spring Lake! I enjoyed a large, hot and flavorful cup of Assam black tea. However, they have lots of coffee, sweet chai lattes, matcha, hazelnut, vanilla and other flavors of syrup for... so many good drinks to choose from in three varieties: hot, iced and frozen. Go there. There's good parking in front especially before 9am. It's friendly and people seem to bring their dogs which is fun to see. Also, lots of baby carriages and strollers with moms boosting up their caffeine to help get them through the day. Good decor reflecting the ocean with shells and driftwood, and some products for sale such as candles and napkins printed with cute sayings. Overall, it made me happy to go there. I'd love to go again!Parking: There is easy, 3-hour, free, street parking right in front of the coffee shop. It begins at 9am. “Such a great Easter dinner with family at Arugula! There were 7 of us in our party. We had a reservation and were seated right away in the front table by the window which I loved. Our server, Gino, was wonderful from start to finish. He was on it all night! love that it is BYOB. He brought us over champagne glasses for our Prosecco right away and a cold glass for the beer. Also he brought over an ice bucket to chill our other bottle of wine. The food was delicious! NY strip was cooked perfectly. The pork with sweet potatoes in a buttercream sauce was award winning and I can see why! Chicken parm was on point! The salad we all received prior to our meals was different and so delicious. Not sure what the dressing was but I loved it. The little bites of pineapple in the salad made it even more delicious. We wanted a group picture after dinner outside and Gino was happy to take it. “My wife found this spot and it was fantastic. We tried the Detroit style pizza with salami, honey, basil and sauce and it was amazing. The best pizza I ever had. The service was great as well, we had a nice waitress who was very helpful in choosing a pie. Atmosphere was pretty cool for a pizzeria with funny signs and nice people. Only thing is that it’s a little tight and you may be sitting very next to people where you can easily overhear conversations. As soon as I walked in I loved the atmosphere, it was super clean, bright, coastal, and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious and service was on it as soon as I sat down. I started with the chicken noodle soup and the stock was super good and the noodles weren't too much - loved the broth. I also really love the pico de gallo and queso fresco on the avocado toast- the eggs were perfectly cooked over easy and the yolk melted into the yummy sourdough. The dessert table had nothing left but cookies and a can of whipped cream. Im not sure what that was for. The cookies left were all picked through and unappealing. I had the sunshine sandwich which was amazing and the husband had the frittata which he said was excellent. We started our breakfast by sharing potato pancakes. The best potato pancakes we had in ages! I'm still thinking about them... We can't wait to return for lunch because there were definitely lunch items that we must try, and those potato pancakes, yum! I tried the mac & cheese w/ lobster once but frankly, lobster is way too delicate to drown in that sandwich, but it was a noble sandwich for fans. I stick to exactly 1 thing now: 5 stars for their CT lobster roll at Cousins truck, Brick, NJ.“

It’s rich and creamy. The prices here are quite high more so than any shop in the area.
