“I'm extremely picky when it comes to pizza. There aren't many places that impress me. This is one that does--definitely one of the best pizzerias in the state, if not *the* best. Small menu, but everything is terrific, especially the salads, the homemade bread, meatballs, and the "plain" pie. They even add fresh basil and freshly grated Parmesan to the pizza before serving. Crust is perfection. Eat there. Don't ruin this perfection by putting it in a box. Great vibe, fantastic staff.“

“This place was amazing.

The dough is something special. They let it ferment for 48 hours before baking. That makes it very light and easy to digest. It doesn’t feel heavy at all, and it tastes incredible.

We started with the eggplant stack. It’s basically an eggplant parmesan, just made in a lighter way — baked, not fried. It was fresh, flavorful, and really delicious.

The Caesar salad with salmon was excellent. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, the Parmesan tasted great, the sourdough croutons were crispy, and the salmon was cooked perfectly.

We also had the harvest salad. It had a light lemon flavor and was seasoned really well. Very tasty.

Then we had the pizza — the mushroom truffle. It was delicious, but the best part was the dough. So light, crispy, and really, really good.

Speaking to the owner, Raymond, is a treat by itself. So very kind and humble, and you can tell he really cares about his craft.

Overall, this place is amazing. Highly recommended.

We spent a total of $138 for tow people and it was worth every penny.

The only thing I would change is putting the meat and cheese against the roll instead of rhe tomato and lettuce against the roll and then the meat and cheese on too as it tends to fall out instead of fitting snuggly. “Brick Oven is amazing! I had my, now fiance, surprise 40th birthday there (which turned into a surprise proposal) everyone raved about the food!! Guest from our party were asking Collin to open up a place in Monmouth County! And asking if they would deliver there! My family and friends (who are from Monmouth County) are talking about going back there again! “Verace is my go to frequently, their wraps are delicious, I recommend the buffalo chicken wrap with your choice of fries or onion rings, and a MUST try is their Grandma thin crust Sicilian square cooked to a perfect golden crust, topped with plum sauce, fresh mozzarella and torn basil. You will love this one! Owners and employees are great, you can't go wrong with anything off their menu. Give them a try!“
