Really great service and really great food! Our waitress was exceptional. We ordered a large cheese pizza (1/2 meat lovers) and an antipasta salad. Way more than 3 people could eat, so servings are big with plenty to share. Lots of great items on the menu. So good I got homesick! We sat in the back where we could catch some football on the TV. Charlie's is like a town favorite you always see the same locals there which is nice everybody's nice and friendly staff is quick to serve you food is excellent I like to sit at the bar and play keno so that's always fun the place is a good time and the food's good definitely would recommend it to anybody that came to Toms RiverParking: They have a parking lot it's just that it's shared with Lucky 7 convenience store the Chinese place and a few other stories so sometimes...read full review

Not bad place, small portions. Fun active bar.. pizza looks great..If you want a fun little place to order a pizza and a pitcher of beer at the Toms River location.. this would be the place..I have to go back a few more times for a fair review.Not thrilled of the "Suggested Tip rate- up to 30%"Wonder what will happen once they stop tipping all together in NJ.
