My wife and I have been coming here for more than 10 years. Oddly enough, we always get the same meal - flounder francaise. We'd tried this at other restaurants but none seem to be as good as Donovan's. Little loud on Friday and Saturday nights and it tends to get crowded. The manager, Billy, makes sure everyone is seated as quickly as possible, is pleasant to speak with, and does a great job of creating a good atmosphere and food for patrons.
We had always wanted to stop in here on a Thursday night for the prime rib special, but, as it turned out, it WAS a Thursday evening but it was too late for us to order anything heavy. My beau had the burger/patty melt with fries & enjoyed it I ordered the turkey salad with apples & walnuts; it was a generous portion, very fresh, with a tangy raspberry vinaigrette AND the turkey was FROM A BIRD (not processed from a deli counter).\nWe would definitely return. . . .
