Just had THE WORST experience ever at this Dunkin’ Donuts. KENNY the one who usually works the window helped me today. I go to this Dunkin on a daily, usually twice per day, mostly out of convenience because not for nothing, the iced coffee is never 100%. (I’ve worked at a Dunkin’ Donuts and I literally drink coffee all day every day, I know) I order my coffee specifically so there SHOULD be a small room for error, which is expected. Dunkin' staff can be short with customers, especially with questions. However, some staff members stand out for their exceptional customer service, apologizing and making things right when mistakes occur. The coffee is usually good and so is the food, like donuts and bagels that are always fresh. There is not a lot of variety, but they have an assortment of other foods and coffees. The drive-thru can take a long time, but the sweet women working here are very nice even when busy. You can dine in, take out, or go through the drive-thru.
