Dunkin' staff can be short with customers, especially with questions. However, some staff members stand out for their exceptional customer service, apologizing and making things right when mistakes occur. The coffee is usually good and so is the food, like donuts and bagels that are always fresh. There is not a lot of variety, but they have an assortment of other foods and coffees. The drive-thru can take a long time, but the sweet women working here are very nice even when busy. You can dine in, take out, or go through the drive-thru.
