Great pizza. Will definitely be coming back to try more different things from the menu. Can't wait to try the cannolis noticed them whiles paying the bill.

Order a to go after we got our food, waitress said she would check on the order, after another 10 minutes she came out apologizing that the other girl never sent the order through. I want waiting another 15 minutes so she gave money back but it didn't cover tax or the 3% surcharge.

Won't be returning. Was not welcomed at all but with stares from I'm assuming their regular or white customers. Server was showing hostess a tick tock video other than greeting me then after finishing their conversation asked how may I help you? It's hello, how are you how about that?

My wife and I enjoyed a nice and relaxing dinner together at Bella Mia. Our entrees were fantastic and we must have timed our arrival perfectly, because usually this place is crowded on a Saturday night. Nonetheless, we enjoy ourselves everytime we frequent this restaurant.

My family dinned here Saturday and it was the best chicken franchise I have ever had. The chicken was tender and the perfect amount of lemon. So delicious, we will be back.

Hands down the best pasta with parm I’ve ever had! The pasta was cooked perfectly, the sauce was full of flavor, and the chicken parm was crispy on the outside and juicy inside — just amazing.

Service was awesome too — super friendly and fast, which made the whole experience even better. The place itself has such a cozy and welcoming vibe, really makes you want to hang around.

Honestly, can’t wait to go back!

Don’t allow children. We went on a Wednesday night at 7 pm. Only 2 tables in there and we were told we weren’t welcome with a 2 month old. So we will never be back and we will never go to their other restaurants. Grit and Grain and the Local, both in Richmond Hill. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid these establishments. It’s also borderline discriminatory to refuse service because you have children.
