“Joanne is the literal best! We have come here every summer on vacation, and make sure we are in Joanne's section. She is always polite and has always made sure we had a great experience, as well as all of her other tables at the same time. The food is also great, and the dinner was cheap. The restaurant is very nice inside. Joanne is truly an angel!
Parking: Always busy, so street parking is hard to come by. You have to pay, but it's cheap.“

“Cozy hometown atmosphere! A group of us had our Christmas party there and the owner, Kim met our every request! And of course Chef Mike delivered a fantastic meal. “We went to masons, pretty much right before they closed on a Saturday (1am), and Jeremiah treated us (and everyone else) like we were royalty. He was kind, responsive, entertaining, and pretty much made my bad night considerably better. It was the first time we had been to the bar and will definitely not be the last, for us or our friends. “My Fiancée and I did a taste testing for our backyard wedding and loved everything. The burger was juicy and cooked to our liking. The pork egg and cheese was delicious and chicken tenders were amazing. The food was just as good as the service and the kindness of the staff. Jersey roll is definitely a contender in our search for a food truck.“

“I had the award cheeseburger. It was so good and the sweet potato fries were delicious. The salad was just OK, the lettuce was not great. The French onion soup was delicious.
The service was OK. The bartender only ever recognized one of us at a time. My friend would order and instead of also checking with me if I needed anything, I'd have to wait until she came back. It was just not standard service behavior, but with that said, it was just odd, not really bad.“

“During my trip to New York, I came here every morning for the best milkshakes—especially for just $3?! That kind of deal doesn’t even exist in Europe! Absolutely amazing.
On top of that, the staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking, making the experience even better. They also serve delicious ham and cheese sandwiches at an equally great price.
If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. Great food, great prices, and a great way to start your day!“

“Found this place towards the end of our summer rental in Manasquan. What a great find! we watched the Rutgers game and talked to Elise the bartender for quite a while. She was so nice! burgers were awesome. met a couple up for the week from Florida who frequent the Rail every year. we will definitely be back next summer! Highly recommend this local pub.“

“This is a great place to relax and just enjoy either watching sports or playing video games or even some pool or shuffle board. The people working there are awesome they are very nice and pleasant as well as the owners Billy and Dana. The food here is really good, the menu has a nice variety of foods to choose from. If you have never been here you have to come during lunch or dinner. If you wanna enjoy just a night out with music, fun and games make it a night out you won’t be disappointed.“

“This evening we decided to return to the Mantoloking Road Alehouse. We loved the small ,tender, succulent mussels from last evening, so we decided we must have another order this time Fra Diablo. Abel did not disappoint. The dish was the absolute best. We also ordered the pizza that was superb! Kristen was our server this evening, and her bubble personality,plus her attention to detail was outstanding. Evan our server from last night recognized us and stopped at our table to thank us for returning. Kristen even send over the mgr.,Stephanie, the manager for the night to say hello to us. Even the hostess recognized us as returning customers from last evening. We can't say enough good things about the quality of the food to the outstanding, upbeat service. Put Mantoloking Road Alehouse on your "To Do List." You won't regret it. The Best!“
