This is by far and away the slowest serving chic fil a on planet Earth. There are locations with much higher customer counts, but this one will consistently have a line to the road and it’s just simply not moving for spurts of 10 minutes at a time. I personally go out of my way to not go to this location. BOOOO

I unfortunately had a bit of frustration regarding a missed item from my order...But the problem was nicely resolved. They went out of their way to drop the item off to me. And not only did they drop the item off they went the extra yard by adding additional things for me. I appreciate the way they handled the issue

Asked for no pickles, got pickles. Ask for 2 slices of american cheese, got 1 marble cheese? Chicken and bun was soggy, waited forever, cashier seemed like she didn't even want to be there. No first responder discount.

We stopped here twice during our recent road trip. It meets the chic-fil-a standard of quality food and service. This location also has a good playground to help keep kids entertained!

Slowest Chick-Fil-A I've ever been to. Every other location keeps the drive thru moving. This 9ne, they take your order and you sit for 20 minutes.

Every time I go here I have to wait forever even ordering ahead! I’m sitting in curbside because I thought that would be faster than drive thru because this drive Thur is a mess. Nope I put the order in and have been waiting for 20 minutes. Not so fast food. Not to mention the area can’t fit the amount of cars that are always here and driving over here is a nightmare. I won’t come here anymore. Not worth it at all.

If I could rate it 0 I would , very disappointed with my order I asked for no tomato and I was given tomatoes. It isn’t that hard to follow what’s on the screen I get that it might’ve been busy trust me I’ve worked in Chick-fil-A back house and it isn’t hard. Not only that the lady who gave me my food was very rude didn’t say my pleasure , I know they don’t have to but it’s a staple for them to say that, and I know they have to say that as it is part of the rules they have . Very unprofessional. DO better .(not only that they did not give me my 4 ketchups like I had requested and gave me 2 and 2 barbecue when I requested for 2 )

I have never had anything but great service until today at this one. When my food was brought over I wasn't given the normal CFA my pleasure experience. I noticed a had been shorted a sandwich and when I went up to the counter the same person took my receipt and turn to another teammate without saying anything to me and then handed me the sandwich without saying anything. This was the first time I ever saw anyone working at CFA not have that intense customer focus they normally do.
