They forgot my 6 count cookies. They cookies weren't cheap. Absolute rage. I don't even have a receipt. How do you have 5 people working outside, another hoarde inside, and a 20 MINUTE WAIT, and you forget the 10 dollar 6ct cookies. Food was moderate, the best part was the sauce. I don't have time to go there and get replacements because it is out of my way. Rage.

The young girl in front of me didn’t say a word for about 6 minutes before I stopped playing video games and said something to which the manager snottily said “we’ll be with you”…come on 6 minutes and not a “I’m sorry or I apologize”. I walked out. This place used to be a pleasant place to go for excellent service and food now not so much.

Went to picky my curbside pick up tonight waited for 20 minutes. My food came out and my fries were cold, the employee was be the nice and got me fresh fries. When I got home (6 minutes away)and checked my bad they forgot my sauces and my Mac and cheese was cold.

I’m disgusted. I drove over 15 minutes for a pick up order and when I get home I discover a LONG piece of hair in the sandwich. I called the restaurant multiple times and no one ever answered. Please do better because this is beyond nasty. Check your food and wear a hair net.

I ordered a 4ct tender and it was missing, I ordered two large fries and got two medium fries, I ordered three cokes and got three dr peppers instead, and I also ordered a chick-fil-a deluxe and received just a chicken filet on a bun no cheese no tomato no lettuce. I spent $90 on this so of course when I saw that just $30 of my order was messed up I told them and told Chick-fil-a costumer service. I still have yet to hear from this restaurant and I want my refund, I don’t just spend lightly there, it gets expensive and for not even an apology from them is ridiculous!
