ordered online, watched them give our order to the wrong people (the car in front of us) then go up to the car to get our order back to then give us the exact same food that they had already given out to another guest. workers acted like we were wrong for wanting them to remake the food, and they didn’t! we left with the food we watched go into somebody else’s car so 1/10 don’t go here

I ordered Taco Bell on 11/10/2025 around midnight through a mobile order. It took 15 minutes to get my food because the service was incredibly slow, even though there was only one car ahead of me. When I finally got it, the tacos were a mess and had almost no filling. It was mostly shell with a little meat tossed in. I ate them anyway, but a few hours later I woke up nauseous and have been recovering from food poisoning since. This is the first time I have ever gotten sick from fast food. I will never be returning to this Taco Bell.

I ordered 7 hard shell tacos specifically and the lady on the intercom said yea I got it and only rang up a 3 taco combo deal..I even told her a second time I wanted 7 and when I got to the window to pay and get my food I had to ring up 4 more..and the crazy part is they gave me soft shell tacos instead!!!
